Mahar's Towing is a locally owned and operated business providing Pictou County and surrounding areas with 24-hour towing and emergency roadside assistance. Our owner and operator Billy Mahar has been in the towing industry for over 45 years. Thanks to his knowledge of physics and wealth of experience there are few—if any—towing situations we can't solve or haven't solved already. Billy is supported by our team of professional, courteous and experienced drivers who are standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days to week to assist drivers in need—if you need us we'll be there.

Mahar's Towing is fully equipped with light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks to get any job done safely and efficiently. Simply put, if it can be moved, we can tow it. We regularly transport boats, trailers, industrial equipment, small barns and oversized loads both locally and long distance. What's more, we're routinely called on by the RCMP, local police, CAA (plus other roadside assistance providers) and area residents for our dependable towing services.
